TJVillage Visits VBS Hazak. Monday, August 7, 2023, Program: 10am-noon. Lunch: noon-1pm 

TJVillage takes a trip to Valley Beth Shalom for a special summer program presented by Hazak — Decoding the Race Performances of Eddie Cantor and Al Jolson. Join us to hear, see and discuss depictions of racism and ethnic portrayals of Jews (and others) in early Hollywood movies, including many clips from those films. Then stay to socialize over lunch. Bring your own favorites or pay $9 cash for bagels, cream cheese, tuna, fruit and dessert at VBS.
