9:00 Exercise and Movement - Karen Satenberg
Who's got a little extra energy to spare? Who's sitting around too much? Who needs to shake their sillies out? Let's MOVE! Join me for a fun "exercise" class where we'll move our bodies, stretch our muscles, and get our heart rates up (so we can sleep soundly at night - YAY!!!) We'll end each class with some deep breathing and a fun, healthy, snack idea. Ages 3 and up.
