This year, we'll be hosting a one-day retreat at Temple Judea as we explore the theme of “Water in the Desert”. Miriam is known for watching over her baby brother, Moses, as he floats down the Nile and, it is said, she provided water for the Israelites in the desert during their journey to the Promised Land. Water has a powerful presence in many Jewish rituals and stories. Just like us, the well must be tended to and refilled in order to serve its purpose. And just as Miriam was the source of water and sustenance for her people in the desert, we too provide and care for those we love. Join us to retreat and refill our souls.

With activities from yoga to comedy, artistic projects to deep reflection, spiritual text study to a moving Havdalah ceremony, immerse yourself in some "me" time. Price includes all activities, plus delicious meals all included for the day.
