If you did not already select an auxiliary when joining or renewing your annual commitment, this form will allow you to join the auxiliary group(s) of your choice.

3. Enter and select your name to link your submission to your account. 
4. Complete the form below to select the groups you would like to join and support.

Please note that a mandatory 2.8% surcharge will be collected for payments by credit card (not debit or prepaid cards).
